ICT POLICY AND STRATEGY OF 5's COUNTRIES
Nowadays, technology is the most rampant and useful to our society and to our generation in comparison from the past ancient technology, because now, technology is more high tech, upgraded ad latest in term of features and benefits. Talking about high tech technology strategy, ICT strategies is one of that ,because based on the research there were five biggest nations namely NEW ZEALAND, HONGKONG, SINGAPORE, AUSTRILIA, and MALAYSIA who were using the strategy and it was being testified and proved by most schools, researchers, tertiary education provides and business that ICT strategy focus on technical skills. Hence, ICT strategy focus with it, lots of documentations and researchee had lobbyied to the floor of truth. And it was being said; ICT strategy implies and give knowledge of how people learn, teaches higher order thinking, lead effective knowledge management and self-evaluation.
